The vt600 luggage rack and backrest is only $54 on eBay. That would've probably been a good option if I did more research before buying the H&B rack. Just seems like it would be so easy for them to make a passenger backrest that quick disconnects like their top cases. I couldn't find anything at all.

I need a backrest, and I like the look and size (an price!) of the vt600 rack and backrest that Swartsracers shows on his.

Anybody know the difficultly level to fit that rack and backrest on our CB1100? I have low to medium mechanicing skills --- NOT like all of the uber mechanical types here . . . :-)

Anybody gander a guess at how hard this would be to "fit" and make it look "professional"?
