Yamaha hand guards

These plastic hand covers came off my Yamaha T700 b/c they're too flimsy for real offroad protection. but on my dlx, it'll do nicely to keep the chill off my hands for the short , mild winters down here in austin.

the support bracket fits perfectly underneath the rear view mirror stalk.

when temps will dip below 40F, i wrap these hand warmers (sw-motech) over the the plastic hand covers,. adds a nice bit of comfort.

I have those same handguards - Barkbuster Blizzards, great bit of kit, much nicer than a full muff and still very effective in the wet and cold. The wind chill they take off the fingers alone is a reason to use them in winter.

Today was actually a really nice day to get out and scoot around in So-ON. Reached 10C, just luscious riding weather. Cable-free glove heat setting was on low all afternoon.
