I didn't notice that anyone's mentioned this yet.
There's fascinating, still on going, series of videos on 'Hackaweek' of a guy who is doing a complete rebuild of a CB750 that he bought as a pile of parts.
It's up to episode 26 or so, nearing completion.
I've learned many things about the CB750 that can only come from seeing the thing in pieces and having someone go through the rebuild. Mostly a one man job with hand tools, only occasionally requiring a 2nd person (to get the engine into the frame) and a visit to a machine shop (to machine the cases to fit custom rods as the author found out that Honda no longer stocks the 'one use only' connecting rod bolts, so he couldn't reuse the original rods !)...
