Just purchased a Suzuki Vstrom 650 last week. It came with all the fruit...bags,top box centrestand and lowering kit for my short legs. Just have to wait for the rain to stop now and give it a good run. Thinking of going as far as Cooktown later in the year.

They're great bikes, my wife has had two, an '07 and a '12. Very reliable, great fuel mileage.

My nephew had one. He never bonded with it and sold it shortly after buying it, but it wasn't the bike's fault.

I know the 2008 Strom 650 will do -25C at freeway speed (~-45C) all day with no complaints from the machine.
