Hard to say. Terminal velocity for the bike may not be that high for a bike with such a marginal aerodynamic profile.
Then again, if you rode it up the ramp of something like a C-130, you could go twice that fast by leaving it in the plane

A little plastic and it could be streamlined and you could take a driving leap out the back of a C5A to have an extra long acceleration.
Here in west Texas with legal speed limits of 85mph I find I tire at that speed without a fairing in 15-20 minutes but then I am typical CB owner; fat, old, greying, well off white man but I still have my hair. LOL
I am happy to ride it at 65mph, makes for an enjoyable ride.
I test ride some Ducs on the 24th. The power and speed requires more concentration and the ride is enjoyable for short bursts but more demanding for an all day ride.

Ok, even IF the CB could hit 162mph, would you really want to???

Why not? I've had mine to 132 after the reflash, but haven't had a chance to top it out since the rest of the mods. Was out with my buddy Randy who was on his Motus a couple weeks ago. He said at one point his speedo showed 142. Of course he had plenty more to go. I didn't have a chance to spool up my Speed View app, so I'm not claiming that til I can prove it
