why do you think Honda paints the engine covers on CBs in other countries and we get the polished and clear coated ones?

so they think americans are more into style and looks and in other countries they are more about function? if thats the case our DLXs should have the spokes and their EXs should have the alloys, would make more sence to me..

The wheels might have more to do with tire availability than anything else I can think of. The DLX and the STD use the same tires and the fact that so few DLX's were imported just bolsters that notion for me.
