Warranty claim on speedo cover

According to DOT on the basis of that VIN, the engine brake HP is 169. Can't find the weight on the DOT data or on Honda's US website. The Australian website quotes the weight at 194 KG or 428 pounds. Makes me wonder where the sales people get their information.
