HA! I wish... that's a far corner of the undergound vault in the Petersen Museuem. I wore the jacket to work, and was hoping that that corner would be a bit darker so that the lights on the jacket would be visible. Not dark enough, I guess. That collection of Yamaha race bikes has been down there for quite some time, and I'm not sure why we have them.

A few weeks earlier, there was a Ninja H2R mixed in with those bikes. Me likey...
And it might have rolled upstairs by the time you visited, but one of Dan Gurney's Alligators as well.

Necessary evil for me during the months where I leave work after the sun goes down.

Met up with my friend for an evening ride last night, so he could get some video footage riding next to me as I wore the glowing jacket. I scouted out two locations in my area, one in town to get some "urban riding" action, and one in an exclusive neighborhood that doesn't allow billboards or street lamps, which makes it quite dark. I figured the darkness would make the glowing feature stand out a bit more.
This morning as I handed the jacket back to him, he showed me some of the raw footage he had taken. Frankly, I was more impressed by the added visibility of my Brake Free helmet light. Not having the ability to see the back of my own head while I'm riding, it was cool to see that it really does get brighter when you slow down, and really gives a great added light up high.
