Thanks Hiker. Interesting article. I couldn't help but notice that the CB1100 was not among the bikes described as a lure for the entry-level market. I mention that only because of an earlier discussion/article where that issue was raised. I hope for continued growth in the industry which will only serve to increase our options and support for our bikes in years to come.

Figures just released show that in 2014 Honda had 20% of the Canadian motorcycle market.

The CB1100 is an excellent lure back into the sport/hobby for guys that left it to have a family. But for an entry level machine there are better choices. We have one beginner biker that bought a Griso. Talk about a bad choice. I think we have him talked into a smaller bike until he has the experience for the Griso. But going from a 250 to the CB would be much easier jump.
