Cross country windscreen

Thanks for the offer Dave, but that model looks to be more of a barn door than I want Smile

I just installed a Plexistar 2 on my 14 yesterday, I have been running the MRA Vario Touring Screen VTNB. My initial impression is favorable, still a bit of wind noise ( I wear ear plugs). That being said I will also install a MRA X-Creen Touring Spoiler on the Plexistar. I had one of those on a Suzuki V-Strom I traded for the CB. With almost unlimited adjustments on the X-Creen you can fine tune it exactly how you want. I was able to ride the Strom at 65mph with my Shoei RF 1100 shield all the up quite comfortably.

How tall are you? Your setup is what I am leaning toward. Thanks.

I love big windshields as I have a windjammer on my goldwing 1100 and the plexistar 2 looks like a very nice option easy on and off for my 2013 CB1100

Some day I would like to find suitable vetter mounts and use the windjammer 5 from my goldwing .. the huge side storage compartments on the Vetter are so very useful

I also have a goldwing 1800 and a 05’ R1200RT with the electronic shield adjustment but the windjammer is the best of all the bikes in my opinion .. I’m 5’8”and 30 inch inseam for reference

Get a decent full-face helmet, wear good earplugs, and ditch the noisy, ugly windscreens. Let the smooth windflow do what it's supposed to do, and enjoy the quiet, serene ride.
