Now that I have a few hundred miles I can give my impressions. There was a bit of adapting to the CB after the Valkyrie and the GL1000 before that. I made a few adjustments to fit my old body better. I put new grips on that are fatter and softer since the CB seemed a bit buzzy after riding a boxer 6 cylinder. I also adjusted the front and rear suspension more to my comfort level. I tried the original seat in place of the Corbin. and found I like the Honda seat better. After a minor adjustment of the shift lever things seem to be great. The only differences that stand out to me when compared to the Valkyrie are the slack in the drive compared to the shaft drive and a bit less torque at lower rpm which are both understandable. I really appreciate the lighter handling and nice torque range. This is a great bike and I will be keeping it till I can't ride any more. The Corbin seat is still new since it only had 1400 miles on the bike and I will be selling it. If anyone is interested contact me. I'll be around.

Grandpagl,
Make sure your chain is adjusted properly. On the tight side of the spec if you can. These bikes are sensitive to chain adjustment and will be a LOT less jerky with a chain that is not loose.
They seem to ‘stretch’ some when new and need more adjustments, then settle in.

Hi Tim,
This is Bob down in Renton.
I might be interested in the corbin seat. Only because you are close and I could take a look perhaps/try the fit?
In good shape?
What would you want for it?
Got a pic?
I don't mind the stock seat but after about 100 miles it starts to get a bit uncomfortable as in time for a break.
I'm interested in just plain black no frills.
Thanks
Bob

I made a few minor adjustments to the bars, shift lever and rear brake lever to suit my tall upper body and big feet. Easy peasy. Could not be any happier with the new bike.
