It was amazing how fast they turned around the orders. The line was long, but it moved real fast. They have a nice system that moves folks through efficiently while still making you think that it's just a few people grilling burgers and a few more filling orders. The one thing I didn't find out when I was there was whether you can just stop in on a random Wednesday and get a burger, but the Wikipedia article answers that. They were good enough to make the trip even without other bikers there.
