Seth
I picked up my gaskets at dealer. I had asked about universal that size.
But was told its a dealer only item.
Get those ordered Monday so you have them. I tried w/ out after dealer told me theyde b good. Bad idea on my part. Wait till you have new gaskets and tape frame around headers as the factory and the moto are tight there.
I'm not sure you can get a slip on onto the moto gp. The moto muffler is welded on to a link pipe that bends and links up w headers under middle of bike. This link also has welded bracket for center stand.

Before I bought the moto gp I had bought a voodoo slip on. It needed a link pipe w bend as well. I did check w 2muffler shops but both would use the thick aluminum pipe and I thought it wouldn't look good on bike. Even for a short bend. Another member had a link pipe that fit perfect. But the manufacture delkevik must've changed thier link pipes as it was to large for fact header and voodoo slip on.

I wound up returning the voodoo and dekevic link. Amazon, voodoo and delkevik were all very easy to deal with and if I have opportunity will do business w them again

Lola has a moto gp as well and is much more mechanical than I. He directly and in threads was much help in deciding on this exhaust and installing it.
Here's a pic from Friday that shows the pipe. You can see the bent link pipe and where it connects under bike

Ya I knew it had the 2 piece pipe cuting I thought cuting the existing bent link and getting my slip on to fit might work if the diameter of the two are the same and if not cycle x has another shorter slip on that im sure I could get to fit. The center stand thing isnt really that big of deal to me ill take it off if need be thanks for the advice on the gaskets and tapeing the frame ill post some pictures up once I get the exhaust how I want it.
This is the slip on from cycle x

Hey Sethrose sorry about my previous post, I'm fumbling with the Photobucket tool and managed to move my pics which disconnected them from the post. I have stuck the pics in this reply but sounds like you have found the pipe you want so hopefully you'll have it fitted soon.

KSY 4:1 matte black full one piece system. The O2 sensor is refitted and centre stand removed. I don't believe it restricts the oil filter however I'll confirm that this week when I get to the first 1000km service Huh:

Home made aluminium flanges to broaden the contact area against the standard flange gaskets so they now seal perfectly Thumbs Up.

Thanks Sethrose.

BTW I can now confirm that these pipes allow for easy removal of the oil filter. The manufacturer did send me an email advising that I would need to shift the pipes aside however that wasn't necessary.

I wanna make it my own and I personally love loud pipes you dont thats ok you dont have to have them.

Get what you really like. If everyone had the same tastes we'd be a boring bunch wouldn't we? I've never believed loud pipes save lives - sounds like an excuse for buying them. This is supposed to be fun - forget the excuses and make the bike your own.

I once owned an H-D 1200S and installed a Vance & Hines exhaust that looked great, but the noise was a bit over the top.

some full exhausts don't allow you to keep your center stand or maybe even access to oil filter.

Worth knowing! For the chaps looking to change their pipes that is.Thanks

Man, that's a gorgeous machine you've morphed your stocker into right there, breathtaking!

I love how you causally mention you 'made a cover ' and whipped up a few deals etc, like it's no big deal. I can just about make a salad, parts for a motorcycle are beyond my fabrication skills, well done! Clap
