Yoshi rscv - Arctic cb1100_imp - 05-01-2015

Hey all I'm new here Dan from Alaska so i just got my cb not long ago and immediately ordered the yoshi rscv race system and some renthal low bars my question is wether anyone can tell me if I have to install a power commander because of the exhaust not really looking for tons of hp and performance increase just wanted a classic style and sound to match my bike but also don't want any long term runability issues any info would be greatly appreciated

No you do not have to. I get some popping on decel that would likely go away, but my fuel mileage as well as overall engine performance has not changed in a noticeable way.
BTW, welcome to the forum. Take a minute and introduce yourself in the "new member" area.

I agree with EmptySea. I installed the same exhaust. I did the PAIR valve mod and have no popping on decel. I had a local shop put on their dyno and the air/fuel ratio average was 13.2 so I did decided to just ride the bike and enjoy it. I posted the graphs and numbers on an earlier post on the forum.
Ride safe my friend
