Airhawk 2 - Johnboy_imp - 04-27-2015

After talking with Cormanus , I decided to try the Airhawk 2 Medium cruiser size seat cushion . So far I have only rode around the block with this new cushion . I'm looking forward to trying it out on a longer adventure . With the deluxe seat , I'm hurting and numb after 3 hours , although it is an improvement from the stock ironing board ..lol.... I will let everyone know how the Airhawk does .. I've heard good reports from others with the Airhawk 2 . It already really seems to make a big difference Biker[url=http://s725.photobucket.com/user/johnbarnwell22/media/Mobile%20Uploads/2015-04/E6B5497F-CEF4-4D7D-B483-5387D849E738_zps26frf7oi.jpg.html][Image: dc9bb17ae95273153dc3a470f6bb72e0.jpg][url=http://s725.photobucket.com/user/johnbarnwell22/media/Mobile%20Uploads/2015-04/08B2DBFF-BF37-4E81-9ACE-DD2E803B5D4B_zpsk8ng987u.jpg.html][Image: a369e8ada111ebea72de859bb2ce3f3c.jpg]

I have one just like that. I used it on my ST last year on an 1100 mile or so trip. The first day was a late start at around noon and by 5 my rear said "get off this bike!" The rest of the trip I used the Airhawk and had NO problems.

I haven't tried the airhawk like yours on the CB, but the pillion size Airhawk fits our seat nicely for the rider and I was planning on getting one for the CB.

Good. We'll pass thanks also to my mate Graham and to Pterodactyl who assured me they worked on the CB1100.

Glad you're pleased.

Im glad that its working for you, a mate rides a Bonneville and he also gives them a good rap.
The thing is he only rides for short distances these days and thats cool like Guth said in his post today (numbers ) age eye sight and that kind of stuff catches up with us all eventually, the thing is he tells me that when he was a young bloke 40 years ago he does not recall thinking about bike seat comfort.
He puts it down to having his mind on other things.
What ever floats your boat, be it the stock honda seat an aftermarket job or an add on pillow type.
At the end of the day its your bike and each day or mile is what you want it to be.
Regards

I think the instructions say and I've found it to be true....less air is better than too much air. If you over inflate them, doesn't seem to help all. About 1/2 air, seems to work best.

Helps, but still is not the silver bullet I was looking for to let me ride for hours and hours.
