Well, here she is. Almost done, waiting on some tires. Went with a pirelli Mt90 in the back and an MT60 RS in front. I'll let you guys know how they are. Then I need to gut the cat and send the header out for powder coat, but I'll do that this winter.

Very nice, but I believe the operative word here is 'almost'...you will never be able to get past it as you have been permanently infected with Modder's Disease. Don't ask how I am able to recognize this affliction...

Yep, although I haven't used them before. It's basically a pure silicone base. I know Powder by the Pound and TCI Powder Coatings make them that are good to around 1200°F and are specifically designated for headers and exhaust.

That is really awesome. I am making some backrests for the CB's and getting them powder coated here in MN at Colortech. I will have to ask them about that. Thanks!

Dude, the bike looks righteous! I love the super low bars and fender elimination. a noob question, but when you changed out the blinkers, are they a standard size or fit? Anyways, I'll be using your bike as a template for souping mine up.

Man, those things were a pain. Really it's the front ones that are the most problematic. Honda uses a 6mm bolt to attach them and you really have to pull the headlight off to get to it. You'd have to drill out the signal mount to get new signals in there, so I just used the new signals as headlight mounting bolts because they're the same size. For the rear you're going to need some washers to mount anything into the stock mounting hole. I forget what size I used, but do yourself and get 4. Paint two black for the outside. You'll need them on both sides if you use the british customs signals. You might think you won't, but the washer that comes on those will push through the hole when given a good amount of torque and that's no fun. Believe me.

Looks nice. I wonder how she'd look with the forks and rear shocks blacked out too.
