Doc's Mods So Far... - DocRid_imp - 08-01-2015 Haven't even had her a month yet, but I'm quickly working on making her mine... List so far: Woodcraft clip-on bars with 2.5in risers Hakofugu Mirrors Dart Marlin Flyscreen in midnight color (you basically can't see through it at all) Yoshimura slip-on muffler Metalmaven's License Plate Bracket Kit I also have the TSR air intake funnel, but I'm waiting to get a power commander before installing it for fears of being too lean without a tune. After that, I'm thinking I'll go with a more Café-type seat, such as the Daytona or Chic Design Trunk. Edit: Oops, I forgot about the RLETs! I have them already but keep forgetting to put them on. RE: Doc's Mods So Far... - widude - 08-01-2015 What's next? Maybe a rear rack and then 'crash bars'? Not that anyone wants to test out the crash bars. The recent thread with those black "Twisted Throttle" bars was pretty nice. Possibly those are in the near future too. RE: Doc's Mods So Far... - Seabee_imp - 08-01-2015 I like the Adirondack chair and beer table set up just at the perfect place to sit and admire that lovely CB!

Sadly, no, they don't fully clear the tank; however, the only part that touches the tank is the soft plastic part of the signal assembly, and it only touches at basically full-lock. I'll take a pic of it in the morning tomorrow to show the extent. If the gauge cluster wasn't so wide, I would definitely be able to push the bars out just enough to clear the tank. |
