How did you attach it? Are those the straps that came with it?

Yes straps come with it. You attach the straps to the luggage Studs on side. The bag has 4 O-Rings on it. Attach strap on O-Ring, run under seat, and hook to Other O-Ring. You do this twice. So bag is actually attached to the seat when I pull seat off!
