Installed Honda brand engine guards this evening. Ten minute job. Probably would look better if they were black. I may take them off at some point and have them powder coated, but for the time being I'll stick with a bit of chrome.

Looks great. Metallyguitarded powder-coated his, which is what I'm going to do, too. Glad the install is a snap.

keep a check on those bolts. one of mine came loose and fell out! had to put a substitute in there. locktite be a good idea too.

Had any one put foot pegs on these guards ? I installed mine last fall , would like some pegs but do not know if will make drag too easy. Would like some relief on my right hip .
