I'm shopping around for new rear suspension and need to know the inside diameter of the upper and lower mounting lugs ... does anyone know the dimensions?
Yes you're right, I could just go out to the garage and remove a shock to measure it but hey this is what forums are for ... yes?

Dunno mate, but the upper bolt has a 6mm thread diameter and the lower an 8mm thread diameter.

Hey mate the ribs and lung have mended nicely thanks - almost back to normal. I haven't ridden the bicycle again but am back on the motorbike with a track day this Sunday.

should anyone else be shopping for rear suspension options ... the upper lug, or is called a pin, is 14mm and lower lug is 16mm.
