Sissy Bar (Back Rest) - larryblag_imp - 03-30-2018 Nobody seems to make one quite right for the CB1100. One that is minimalstic and doesn't add extra "clutter" to the back end. Triumph have several options for the Bonneville range so I bought one from a T100 (via the auction site) for fifty quid and had a local engineering company adapt it the existing Honda grab rail with some rather neat welding. Her "indoors" and me are both happy with the result. Now if it'll just stop raining a bit we can test it... https://flic.kr/p/24zxs2q https://flic.kr/p/24zxs2L https://flic.kr/p/FZLJmZ https://flic.kr/p/G1eZh6 And with the original (2018) seat https://flic.kr/p/24zxsc5 RE: Sissy Bar (Back Rest) - Desert viper_imp - 03-30-2018 Wow that looks awesome...totally factory......beautiful welds! RE: Sissy Bar (Back Rest) - The A-man - 03-30-2018 Congrats! You and your welder did a really nice job on that! RE: Sissy Bar (Back Rest) - jimgl3_imp - 03-30-2018 what have you done to stop rust where they roughed it up to weld it? RE: Sissy Bar (Back Rest) - Lord Popgun - 03-30-2018 Thats looks great! RE: Sissy Bar (Back Rest) - c-breezy_imp - 04-03-2018 Best one yet! RE: Sissy Bar (Back Rest) - Reiver_imp - 04-07-2018 That is cracking, I opted for a rear rack but much prefer what you have done. May see it in the flesh sometime as I'm in Derby too |
