Striker slip on? - HikerToo_imp - 08-11-2013 Sorry if this has been covered, but does anyone have experience or comments on this muffler for the CB1100? Looks similar to Staintune, but $160 cheaper... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Pi7w60HF0VY http://japan.webike.net/products/9696317.html RE: Striker slip on? - HondaJon_imp - 08-11-2013 Never heard of them. But for the extra $160 you get, in my opinion, the highest quality, best sounding slip on for our bikes. And Staintune doesn't rivet a belt buckle of an emblem on thier pipes either
RE: Striker slip on? - junipash_imp - 04-08-2018 Sorry to revive such an old thread but on the '13 model that I bought recently it came with a Striker exhaust installed on it (along with the stock exhaust that I am trying to sell now). In any event I just wanted to give my .02 and say that I do really like the sound of the Striker and the length of it is nice as well even though like HondaJon, I do not care so much for the emblem that's riveted onto the side. I do think it looks (and definitely sounds) much nicer than the stock exhaust though. Unless I get too restless and have money burning holes in my pockets I think I'll stick with it though. The only other exhausts that look neat to me are the Staintune and the full black Yoshimura. |
