Looking at the posts about bar-backs and risers. The preferred brand has been dis-continued. What is the next best product for a tall rider. My spine will thank you.

I find these Chinese made ones on EBay for $16. first go round they wouldn't quite tighten up in the stock clamps, so I put safety wire around the bottom things that go in the stock clamps where the handle bar used to go and walla! they tighten right up

I've put home-made risers under the clamps on several bikes I've owned. I just used 1/2" drive heavy-wall chrome 19mm sockets of various lengths, depending on how much rise I wanted and cable length. A longer bolt and your in.
