peg feelers - shap_imp - 10-15-2019 I know it is a little out of its element, but I am interested in taking my stock ‘13 to a track day. Anyone filed their peg feelers off? If so, do you get much more lean angle before you hit the centerstand? The pipe? RE: peg feelers - Lord Popgun - 10-15-2019 Shap, no filing needed. They come right off. Even Ferret did it
RE: peg feelers - the Ferret - 10-15-2019 It's basically a big bolt. Just take a wrench and unscrew them. RE: peg feelers - Houtman_imp - 10-15-2019 You can put a smaller bolt in if you want to protect the peg. RE: peg feelers - shap_imp - 10-16-2019 appreciate it guys...little embarrassed i hadn’t actually gotten down that low and realized it. for those of you who have done it, do you know what makes contact next? the centerstand? the pipe. RE: peg feelers - the Ferret - 10-16-2019 I don't lol. RE: peg feelers - GoldOxide_imp - 10-16-2019 (+1) Hope to never discover. How low can you go , I have not found yet. I do not want to be a low life. peg feelers - chync_imp - 10-18-2019 For me it was my boot. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk RE: peg feelers - the Ferret - 10-18-2019 Actually its my boot too now that you mention it, although I tend to splay my toes for that very reason |
