New Givi Airflo - Mscb1100_imp - 12-18-2017 Added a new Airflo after having good results with this same screen on Vstrom 1000 attached is a front view, full lowered view and fully extended view RE: New Givi Airflo - Nortoon_imp - 12-18-2017 Interesting shape to that screen. It has a air deflector built into the top. The shape of the sides appear to be designed to move the air away from the rider as well. The space at the bottom should also allow some clean air behind the screen to eliminate air turbulence and noise. You will have to give us a ride report, and of course include how tall you are. Thanks! RE: New Givi Airflo - Mscb1100_imp - 12-18-2017 (12-18-2017, 03:27 AM)Nortoon_imp Wrote: Interesting shape to that screen. It has a air deflector built into the top. I m 5 11 and have had great experience with the same screen on my 14 vstrom, so I assumed it would well on the 2914 Std, and it does. The side skirts funnel the air off my arms/shoulders and around my sides. There is some wind just above the tank at my midsection, but that is more a result of how high or low the upper screen is adjusted. While fully extended all wind goes over my helmet and a vacuum/turbulent effect actually can tug my helmet forward slightly . The top screen easily slides up and down and can be adjusted and locked into place with one hand while riding if you want to adjust the wind flow. I ordered directly from Italy and saved quite a bit over any offered for sale here in the US. It is a great product and I highly endorse it. I still have my 2 other screens and will primarily use this one in the colder months. RE: New Givi Airflo - Vic_imp - 12-18-2017 good looking windshield for the CB.
RE: New Givi Airflo - jdinaz_imp - 12-18-2017 Is the Givi Airflo the universal model? RE: New Givi Airflo - Mscb1100_imp - 12-18-2017 givi af49 UNIVERSAL 4 POINT MOUNT - CLEAR Product SKU: AF49 RE: New Givi Airflo - Nortoon_imp - 12-19-2017 (12-18-2017, 09:17 AM)Mscb1100_imp Wrote:(12-18-2017, 03:27 AM)Nortoon_imp Wrote: Interesting shape to that screen. It deflected the wind to the top of my helmets. I always wanted to make it taller to eliminate the wind. I bought a very tall Parabellum wind screen for my CB1100 EX, but never got around to installing it. Sounds like I may have to trim the top down some. RE: New Givi Airflo - jimgl3_imp - 10-08-2020 do you still have? can you please do overall photo of bike with it? anyone else got one?
