Winter Mods finished, time to ride! - Phadreus_imp - 05-02-2022 Hi all, Finished up some Winter Mods over the weekend and thought I would share. Nothing special, common mods for CB's really, but happy with how they turned out for the most part. Swapped stock exhaust for full Delkevic system. Very happy with the system. Sounds great, looks great, relatively easy install. Swapped stock rear fender for Samurider kit. Bought used here from PekingDuck, thanks PD! Relatively easy install as well. Swapped stock turn signals for Bar End style signals. I've not seen anyone use them in this fashion, I like how they turned out. Low profile, clean, good visibility...and low cost. Anyway, looking forward to getting some miles in this year. Cheers! RE: Winter Mods finished, time to ride! - QimmiQ_imp - 05-02-2022 Can you share the turn signal model used? And maybe a nice close-up of those handlebars, mirrors and signals. Looking good RE: Winter Mods finished, time to ride! - Mixagon_imp - 05-02-2022 I like the exhaust, I've been trying to get one but given up now no one in the UK makes or stocks one for the cb1100 it seems. Even Delkevic emailed me saying sorry none for a cb1100 any model or year. For the Turn Signals, I used a really low cost set I picked up from Amazon. Amazon Cheep Turn Signals They seem to be a decent quality, especially for the money. I figured if I liked them once seeing them installed and wasn't happy with the quality I could upgrade with higher cost options. For now, these work fine. Handlebars are Renthal, fully discussed here: [url=http://cb1100forum.com/forum/showthread.php?tid=17183&highlight=renthal]http://cb1100forum.com/forum/showthread.php?tid=17183&highlight=renthal Mirrors are also Amazon, also pretty low cost. If memory serves, I believe I had $425 in the complete system. I was quite impressed with their quality, packaging, delivery time and price. It's a shame to hear you're having trouble sourcing them these days.
