Price Guidance - glenncal1_imp - 07-06-2020 Hey Guys- thinking about selling by 2013 CB1100. Have no idea what the market is for these bikes now. Looking for a suggested pricing point. Bike has under 5K miles, is in great shape (A-/B++). Samuririder fairing and a few other minor mods. I will definitely post for sale here with a much more detailed description. Just trying to get a starting point. Thanks RE: Price Guidance - Gone in 60 - 07-06-2020 Kind of hard to put a sharp point on it, since it's not a bike that there are a ton of to make a comparison. I bought mine last year with 1700 miles for $4700. Had a Dart screen and Moriwaki sliders, no other mods, if that helps at all... RE: Price Guidance - LongRanger_imp - 07-06-2020 Seems about right for the Denver market. Keep in mind bikes go on a discount after July 4th around here, and can be tough to sell once the snow flies. This is the time of the year I start looking for bargains! RE: Price Guidance - gman_imp - 07-06-2020 I bought mine last year for $3,600 with 1800 miles. No windscreen was completely stock except for chrome meter covers. I see them for sale every once in a while in this area as high as $6,200 and lower. Best of luck with the sale. RE: Price Guidance - j3gq_imp - 10-22-2020 The CB1100 prices (offer) I can find on Cycle Trader etc. seem very, very low. And CB/s are often offered with ridiculously low millage. Can anybody tell me what the new / list prices for a CB1100 have been in the U.S., all years / all models ? I can't find it. RE: Price Guidance - Honda_Fan_imp - 10-22-2020 Around NYC metro area that bike usually is listed between $4500-5500 but I doubt they actually sell for that price because those listing hang around a long time. I sold my 14 standard with 2200 miles on it for $4500 nearly two years ago during spring tax refund check season. RE: Price Guidance - pdedse - 10-22-2020 What we received in the States / U.S. prices: 2013: 9,999 (not sure with or w/out ABS) 2014 Deluxe: 11,899 2014 Standard: 10,399 2017 EX: 12,199 What people actually paid varies substantially. I paid 10,000 for my '17EX and I believe 7600 for my '14 standard, both new from dealership. RE: Price Guidance - j3gq_imp - 10-27-2020 So ... at which price would you buy or sell - a standard, white 2013, well maintained, no accidents, 20.000 miles - if you owned your CB1100 already - and you either used her as a second bike, or - you kept this 2013 as a source of (otherwise expensive) spare parts ? With Honda prices like this (see below, rough guesses) this doesn't seem too silly a question ! tank 1100, seat 300, exhaust 1000+, head light (LED) 600, etc engine or frame ... better don't ask. (I am a potential buyer, not selling mine
RE: Price Guidance - rboe - 10-30-2020 In some cases; what a person is willing to pay depends upon how many he has already......

Good observation ! it is true, but usually it seems to be a straight forward relation. Look how big driveways seem to attract bigger S.U.V.s. in front of the bigger house. In the case of one CB followed by another CB (considered) the price offered goes down not up.
