Indian's Flat Tracker - redbirds_imp - 08-08-2016 I've been following articles on Cycle World's web site for some time on this race bike's development. This "finished" bike looks beautiful. The motor is a mostly clean sheet effort with the emphasis on making ideal power for it's intended purpose. It will probably not happen but would it not be fantastic to see this bike, modified just enough to be street legal. I would have to have one. http://www.cycleworld.com/flat-track-indian-motorcycle-unveils-new-ftr70-race-bike http://www.cycleworld.com/indian-motorcycle-ftr750-dirt-track-race-engine-exclusive-technical-preview RE: Indian's Flat Tracker - JF Coastal_imp - 08-08-2016 Oooh..... RE: Indian's Flat Tracker - the Ferret - 08-08-2016 Have you seen the vid of Roland Sands introducing the bike at Sturgis? http://www.motorcycledaily.com/2016/08/indian-inauspiciously-debuts-ftr750-dirt-track-racer-as-roland-sands-rides-off-stage-injuring-spectators/ RE: Indian's Flat Tracker - redbirds_imp - 08-08-2016 Thanks ferret, MD must have just put that up. |
