Kawasaki GPX 600 R - MaFiHa_imp - 02-25-2019 When I purchased my CB 1100 RS June last year I did it to have a bike I can ride all months long. But after sunny weather but still salt on the roads I decided not to ride with the CB. My other rides (1980 and 1986 Police Kawasakis) are also “good weather bikes”. What to do?! Found on eBay market place a 1996 Kawa GPX 600 R. Ugly color scheme, ugly designed fearing, but only 450€ ![]() Bad weather bike is mine ![]() [url=https://s1082.photobucket.com/user/Markus_Hagen/media/B862CDB5-9064-4806-8CD3-2C725DE0101A_zpsmffm88fh.jpeg.html] ![]() [url=http://s1082.photobucket.com/user/Markus_Hagen/media/C64B0248-83FF-423B-A57A-C38DA50D9C61_zps0dfbdqkv.jpeg.html]
RE: Kawasaki GPX 600 R - Bheezy27403_imp - 02-25-2019 Yeah, not gonna be afraid to mess that one up. That rear mud guard/plate holder is pretty dang awful. How does she run? Looks like it could be some fun and when you're riding it you don't have to look at it. Bonus! RE: Kawasaki GPX 600 R - GoldOxide_imp - 02-25-2019 The ol' goat looks pretty good for 450 euros. The rear fender is indeed something, but as you said in other words, this is your beater. RE: Kawasaki GPX 600 R - peterbaron - 02-25-2019 Good enough for winter ride RE: Kawasaki GPX 600 R - dbarkdoll_imp - 02-25-2019 Whats goin on with the tank there? Whats that black panel? Must be detached before lifting the tank Engineers who designed fearing/covers like this must be punished to attach and detache that thinks over and over again until they have learned NOT to design crap like this again. Cost me today 45 minutes to uncover the bike. Ok, next time will be a little bit faster... (02-25-2019, 03:23 AM)Bheezy27403_imp Wrote: Yeah, not gonna be afraid to mess that one up. RE: Kawasaki GPX 600 R - dbarkdoll_imp - 02-25-2019 Also, woah. That is one radical seat lol. As for a male driver, the seat has gotta work, right? Like, nobody designs a seat that would harm in such a way, eh? RE: Kawasaki GPX 600 R - the Ferret - 02-25-2019 Ha.. Have you ever seen a Gurney Alligator? |
