It also shows the radial front brake. Not sure if there is any noticeable difference for road use but its said to save mili seconds on the race track.

Certainly do feel positive and sharp to me (as indeed does the rear brake) but then I'm coming from a previous NC750S (can't remember what the 2013 CB1100 felt like).

Yes, by making extra balancing mass available, the bike becomes more stable and assured. Should be obligatory, methinks!
... and definitely worth a decent discount off insurance prices!
