Chrome instrument covers ? - Johnboy_imp - 02-19-2015 I'm thinking of ordering the chrome instrument covers . Are they hard to install ? Do they just wrap around the existing ones or do you have to remove the factory covers .. I guess what I'm asking is ... How hard is it to install the chrome instrument covers ???? RE: Chrome instrument covers ? - metallyguitarded_imp - 02-19-2015 There's a search feature on the forum in the upper right, bolded in black, just below the forum logo. Give it a shot and you'll find it works pretty well. Don't sweat it though, the learning curve is steep but soon you'll be guiding new members yourself! http://cb1100forum.com/forum/showthread.php?tid=4749&highlight=chrome+instrument+covers RE: Chrome instrument covers ? - Johnboy_imp - 02-19-2015 (02-19-2015, 03:04 AM)metallyguitarded_imp Wrote: There's a search feature on the forum in the upper right, bolded in black, just below the forum logo. Thank u very much sir RE: Chrome instrument covers ? - Lord Popgun - 02-19-2015 You pretty much remove the screw, slide on the new cover and replace the screw with the new longer one. That's the gist of it. Easy peasy

Well that's what I was thinking when I saw how much you paid for the steel ones I was surprised because I had already priced them for the 13 .. Had no idea that the 14 was different (02-19-2015, 06:39 AM)Elipten_imp Wrote: Yep lots of money for chromed plastic or metal cups! But looks great and memory of cost fades quickly!
