Handlebar And Control Alignment - Aka Tsubasa_imp - 07-12-2017 I receievd my 2017 from the dealer with the bar dimple down at the tree clamps just outside and above the lower mating surface of the clamp split. The contols have the mounting split in line with the bar dimples but the controls are pushed inward such that the dimples are just covered by the mounts. I am used to seeing the dimples outside the control mounts. Would you move the bars or the controls? Does a dimple width really matter in the long run? Where have you guys set up your bars and controls? RE: Handlebar And Control Alignment - Toddman_imp - 07-12-2017 I put different bars on. The ends of the stock bars seemed to point up. The most important part of your bike is how it feels in your hands. It's all adjustable. Make it what you want it to be. RE: Handlebar And Control Alignment - the Ferret - 07-12-2017 I did a how to on this but the pics are being held hostage by photobucket lol. perhaps just the explanation will help http://www.cb1100forum.com/forum/showthread.php?tid=3636 |
