Is the IACV valve for models after 2017 (Honda code 16431-MGZ-D01) compatible for models before 2017 (16430-MFJ-D01)?
Unfortunately yesterday, with only 22 ° of temperature, it went out twice.

My guess is that is does. Why do I think that? If you look at the part numbers for the entire Throttle body (which incudes the IACV) for a 2013 model and a 2017 model, they are the same. You can do some looking here: https://www.partsfish.com/oemparts/a/hon/511a8d8bf870022e4ccd3246/throttle-body
Change years to look at different bikes.
