It's been 2 months since my accident. I actually got the bike back about a couple weeks ago, but I was out of town for vacation and couldn't ride.
Feels real good to get back on this beautiful steed! And she's pretty much good as new, though I got a new ODO and had the miles reset to zero.
Here's a shot of a stopping point on Highway 9 from the day I got her back.. This is maybe a mile or two up the road from where I got hit. I didn't mind going back up that way since it was a weekday and there shouldn't be much traffic. I might stay away from there on weekends from now on, except maybe early morning.

Alright! Bet it feels great to be back in the saddle again. Now, watch out for those squids and crazy cage drivers.

Man, it looks good! And that is some beautiful senery.
And I know how you feel. I just rode mine yesterday after changing out the tank from my garage incident a week or so ago.
