That actually looks like a Track T-800 CDi. A diesel bike built in Holland, with the engine being a three cylinder diesel engine from the Smart car. <they started selling the bike in 2009, and I believe have stopped since 2012. What a pity they were so unreliable. I've been wondering recently about the possibility of a lightweight turbo diesel in a bike. Should have realised someone had already done it.

Forget diesel, turbines are more reliable, can burn diesel or JP if tuned right, and you can melt plastic car bumpers at traffic lights:
