Ha, pretty cool. They would make great place markers for the next forum rally dinner. Let's see, we will need 21 red ones, 8 black, one blue and one white.

I printed that pdf, cut out the pieces, and folded/taped it together. Double sided scotch tape and tweezers helped a lot.

Just went on the Whitehouse site and found blue:
