Is it possible to retrofit ABS on a standard model? - MikeOxbig_imp - 10-02-2015 Has anyone done this? RE: Is it possible to retrofit ABS on a standard model? - kmoney_imp - 10-02-2015 Would be more trouble than its worth. I'm guessing just buying the parts would cost more than selling a standard and buying a different bike with ABS. You would be basically stripping off the tank, airbox and battery area of the bike and running new hard lines as well as getting a new front wheel (speed sensor) and hooking up all the needed electronics.
