It actually is a good thing because it will give us more legal protections. As for the CHP watching us, as long as you're not doing it recklessly I wouldn't worry about it too much.

Yeah....no. If the CHP saw this they would have been all over those idiots. That was bound to happen riding like that. He was giving himself no way out if something happened, and what do you know....it did.
