Exhaust pipe shape? - Sullivan_imp - 10-18-2016
Should the exhaust pipe (4-into-1) cross section of a 2014 CB1100 be round? I just noticed that mine appears to be dented on the inside, across from the swingarm. Is this indentation there to give clearance for the swingarm? It looks a bit irregular, as if the swingarm somehow swung sideways into the pipe, rather than being designed for the clearance.

Hi and welcome to the forum. There is an indentation in the muffler that is normal. I'm not sure if that's what you're seeing, though.
