Question on Guhl racing ECU reflash - DaSwami_imp - 05-14-2017 Can you just get the rev/speed limiter removed? I don't want my motor "reprogrammed" I'm happy with the way it runs....bike is sooooo smooth up to 100mph I want to stretch it's legs on some long lonely highway...112mph does not do the bike justice IMO.... RE: Question on Guhl racing ECU reflash - Lord Popgun - 05-14-2017 If you go back and search through the million posts on Guhl The answer is yes.

RE: Question on Guhl racing ECU reflash - chync_imp - 05-18-2017 I had Guhl flash my ECU. All I had done was to remove the speed limiter and to increase the rev limit 500 rpm's. I installed a Power Commander V and had it tuned on a dyno and the difference is both noticable and very fun. It's a much sportier feeling bike now. The throttle response is better and there is less popping when decelerating. But mostly it's just more fun to ride when you have instant acceleration coming out of a corner. |
