Timbersled experience? - Offroad - 03-01-2018

The family is going to Keystone, CO spring break. I rented a snow mobile last year and wasn't that impressed.

I saw these converted motorcycles called timber sleds that look really fun and much more maneuverable than the snow mobile?

Has anyone had any experiences will these?

Offroad, I don't have any experience with these but if you do decide to reserve one, I suggest you inquire about the cancellation policy. The snowpack is quite low and you may find the conditions to not be worthwhile once you arrive.

If you guys decide to stop for BBQ in Idaho Sprngs, let me know!

Thanks for the tip LongRanger, I'll let you know....they'll be 11 of us, first time for the grandkids.

We have fond memories of skiing in CO and WY, trying to give the traditon the the grandkids.

Unfortunately hip replacement keeps me limited to other activities besides skiing. Probably just as well.

Smokin Yard's BBQ is the place Ole...
