Sena 20S EVO firmware upgrade - LongRanger_imp - 07-30-2020
For those of you using this headset for hands-free in-helmet telephone communication, if you download and install the latest firmware upgrade from Siena’s website, your headset will no longer be able to dial or answer phone calls if you’re using an iPhone that doesn’t have the latest IOS version.
I’ve been using an old iPhone 4S running IOS 9 with my Sena without issue, until now. I’ve instead had to pair a newer iPhone to my Sena to make everything work again. It took many missed calls and a few hours of diagnosis to figure this out (it’s not documented anywhere).

Calls to Sena support? Oh so helpful! The one guy told me I needed to buy a Mac to upgrade the software.
