German Round Motogp Sunday - redbirds_imp - 07-08-2015 This should be a good race. Marquez will push harder than ever I think. Is Rossi playing his mind games like he did with Gibernau years back? http://www.motorcycledaily.com/2015/07/rossi-jorge-and-i-must-be-very-careful-with-marquez-from-this-point-forward/ RE: German Round Motogp Sunday - CB4ME_imp - 07-09-2015 Go Marc, Go Dani! RE: German Round Motogp Sunday - CB4ME_imp - 07-11-2015 Marc 1st, Dani 2nd, Jorge 3rd in qualifying. I believe Marc set a new lap record. Don't miss this one (and do tape it if you can't watch live) because this is the last race before the 4 week summer break. RE: German Round Motogp Sunday - the Ferret - 07-11-2015 Will be parked right in front of my tv screen German Round Motogp Sunday - Cormanus - 07-11-2015 Another excellent race! RE: German Round Motogp Sunday - the Ferret - 07-11-2015 1st half was really good. Surprised Rossi ran out of steam chasing Pedrosa. Those 4 points could be a game changer down the road. Maybe Rossi is getting old nd conservative. Better to take 3rd place points than 0 points. 2 Suzuki riders did well and good for Vinales setting Rookie points record. Marquez was unbelievable. a month until the next race..arrgghh RE: German Round Motogp Sunday - redbirds_imp - 07-12-2015 I think that the decision to go with the new Bridgestone tire may have made the difference for Pedrosa and Marquez. Rossi seemed to be on the very edge of control and rode valiantly but Pedrosa's and Marquez's Hondas looked to be on rails, perfectly dialed into the track and conditions. And Rossi, though he wished to win, knew it was really important to finish ahead of Lorenzo. RE: German Round Motogp Sunday - Cormanus - 07-12-2015 I was really pleased to see Marquez back in top form. He really is good. And Pedrosa too. Changing the frames on the Hondas, plus the tyre choice made a difference it seems. RE: German Round Motogp Sunday - the Ferret - 07-12-2015 I believe Dani is still running the 15 frame, only Marquez went back to the 14 as it was more forgiving to his ragged edge riding style. The 15 frame is more precise but not as forgiving. RE: German Round Motogp Sunday - Cormanus - 07-12-2015 Ah. That makes Dani's performance even better, I think, as they both seem to have struggled a bit with the 15 frame. |
