RE: Future Marquez? - the Ferret - 01-21-2016 Can you imagine? 2 years old? The kid has skills. RE: Future Marquez? - quietguy_imp - 01-21-2016 So very true, those boys are both incredible. I will be the first to admit, the 2 year old is much better at handling the brakes than myself...
RE: Future Marquez? - the Ferret - 01-21-2016 maybe he can give you some tips
RE: Future Marquez? - GoldOxide_imp - 02-14-2019 That is pretty cool stuff. Honda Canada (Power Sports) used to locally support dirt bike riding for children in this age group and up. In the last few years they really scaled it back. Too bad. It was a great way to build social, physical, mental and confidence skills for girls and boys. RE: Future Marquez? - the Ferret - 02-14-2019 It's been 3 years since this was posted so he would be 5 now. WOnder how he's doing and if he's still riding. RE: Future Marquez? - GoldOxide_imp - 02-15-2019 My gut guess is still riding as long as parental support remains in place. Like hockey (or any skill building exercise), take it as far as the child expresses interest. Early riding confidence can open a lot of doors in the future, even something not so crazy to imagine like an astronaut. Hmm, wonder who will be the first motorized two-wheeler driver on Mars? |
