Sun, but no warmth. - Inhouse Bob - 01-11-2016 We awoke to a sunny, chilly (22 degree) day and so I decided to take a ride to test out the new heated grips and other warm gear. Everything worked fine (Oxford ADV grips with the nifty new controller that shuts off if the battery gets low or when the bike is shut off) and Cycle Gear's heated jacket and glove liners. The stator seemed to handle the load okay. I didn't idle much, so that probably helped. I stopped to pick up the gator for our local Tag-O-Rama game and then dropped it at a new spot. The game makes for a good excuse to take a ride. Not that an excuse is really necessary Here is where I found it. Shouldn't be too hard to find ![]() About 60 miles all together. |
