I just rolled in and unpacked from a short weekend trip to an ST rally. I rolled on just short of 500 miles, but then I was taking a straight route home ... in the rain. I arrived safe, wet, and happy. For a short time today I missed having a barn door of Tupperware to keep the wet off. AND, I do need to get rid of the Dunlop's. Absolute %^&* in the rain.
The CB caused some questions amongst the sport tour crowd. There was a bit of nostalgia for the minimalist rides of 'the good old days' But then only 1/3 of the bikes there were ST's. Honda is missing a market by not replacing high mileage rides with a new model. A few Gold Wings, two JFRs, two CTXs, three BMWs, a VFR1200X, and a handful of others.

I went to MNSTOC in Lanesboro, MN. it is close to home and I've met most of the guys and gals that attend it and the two Wisconsin ralleys: WisSTOC and LOCSTOC. About 30 people attended this weekend. And a good time was had by all.
