I returned last week from a 4 day, 1200 mile tour on my new CB 1100 EX.

I've ridden most of the USA with the exception of the South East. I have been putting that trip on the schedule for the last four years but I get invited, or need to go west. Soon though. I will need to fill in every state south from Kentucky to North Carolina. It might take a couple of trips.
I've been to all of those states at one time or another. For Work. Flown or driven in and enjoyed, but no time to play. Soon thought.

Wow start in Virgina on Skyline, ride the BRP, take 28 down to Ga, come back up head west to Barber in Ga, then down to the Keys in Fla head nw to Natchez Miss and take the Natchez trace up thru Tennessee.. Oh that has the makings of a great trip!
I still need 4 on the east coast... Delaware, Ri, New Jersey, and Conn.
And ND and SD in the plains
