weekend with AHRMA - rich_imp - 04-27-2021 it was a cold and windy weekend. I hit the road at 6am heading for Willow Springs raceway to spend three days volunteering with the American Historic racing motorcycle association. temp in the mid 50s with 40 mph winds with gust to 60 mph, it would only get worsehttps://imgur.com/SBXFRMUhttps://imgur.com/Z2TlU4k i took the 395 N. to the 58 W. to 14 S. head winds and cross winds blowing me all over the road. i got signed in and stowed my gear and was sent to corner 8 for flagging duty, after lunch i got to do hot pit inspection where we look over the bikes coming off the track for leaks or potential problems. the bikes range from mid 40s hand shifters to mid 80s 1000 twins and fours with 2 strokes throw in https://imgur.com/BnBP5BY https://imgur.com/zd8pph4 https://imgur.com/LcFxHxV![]() ![]()

I haven't been to Willow in a few years other than for car track days. Does AHRMA allow spectators/people who just want to come watch and check it out? That would be worth driving a few hours!
