That looks a lot like the Yoshimura 1 piece in black steel, which I would love to have. Nobody can hear me coming, including pedestrians, and I think it's dangerous.

From what I've heard online the K-Fac has a deeper slightly more aggressive sound than Yosh. They look very similar.
