RE: Little black thingies - dBuster_imp - 11-11-2013 Do those actually serve a purpose? Or are they cosmetic of nature? RE: Little black thingies - the Ferret - 11-11-2013 Lol..well more cosmetic than anything else but they do have a purpose. Back in the day you saw lots of levers with scars on the balls from falls. These covered up those scars for nearly no $. Btw I. Had them installed on mine, before I ever picked it up on March 29 th. Here it is sitting in showroom with Sold sign on seat...and black rubber thingies on levers lol [url=http://smg.photobucket.com/user/theferret111/media/2013_03290003_zpse2ac96b0.jpg.html]
RE: Little black thingies - dBuster_imp - 11-11-2013 So they serve a Cosmetic Purpose! RE: Little black thingies - the Ferret - 11-11-2013 Uh...yea RE: Little black thingies - ingobohn_imp - 11-11-2013 Reminds me that not only the US engine of the CB 1100 is black (compared to silver in Europe), but also the rims are shiny silver and the spokes in black (compared to the all-matte silver rims for European models). Nice! RE: Little black thingies - Elipten_imp - 12-15-2013 I've had no luck looking up that part number at hondapartshouse. Can someone tell what the part number is in USA? Thanks in advance |
